Uploaded
After adding a product to Ennteract, it appears on the screen in the 'Uploaded' stage. To initiate encryption for this product, click 'Request Signature' and you will receive an email notification. If you need to edit any product details displayed on the screen, you also have the option to 'Edit Product. Once you finish editing the product, you will receive an email notification.
In Process
After clicking 'Request Signature' on the 'Uploaded' screen, the product transitions to the 'In Process' stage. You will receive an email notification when the encrypted artwork is 'Ready' for download.
Ready
The product advances to the 'Ready' stage when the encrypted artwork is prepared for download. Clicking 'Download Assets' saves the encrypted artwork to your local storage, and the product transitions to the 'Prepress Validation' stage. You will receive an email notification after clicking 'Download Assets'.
Prepress Validation
After downloading the encrypted artwork, the product enters the 'Prepress Validation' stage. To upload the file, click 'Submit Pre-Press.' You'll receive an email confirmation upon successful upload and another when it's validated by the Ennoventure team. If there are any issues with the prepress file, you'll be notified by email, including details of the problems.
Sample Validation
Successful validation of the prepress file moves the product to the 'Sample Validation' stage. The printer should print a few samples using the validated prepress file and send these samples to the Ennoventure office. You will receive an email notification once the samples are successfully validated. If any issues arise with the samples, you will receive an email notification specifying the problem.
Live
Once the sample validation is successful, the product transitions to 'Live' stage. The product's print samples can now be scanned using the VYU app.
